Evergreen Webinar Funnel Cost for Coaches in 2026
An evergreen webinar funnel costs a coach about $500 to $6,500 in year one. Vendor prices checked 2 October 2026, a labour breakdown, and when to run live.

An evergreen webinar funnel costs a coach roughly $500 to $6,500 in the first year in 2026, depending on who builds it. Software is the small part, from $564 to $2,388 a year at the vendor prices below. The rest is build labour, which is where quotes diverge, plus the hours you spend recording the session once.
An evergreen webinar funnel is a recorded presentation that plays on a schedule, or on demand, after someone registers, followed by automated emails that lead to a paid offer. Nobody hosts it live. That is the whole saving and the whole risk, because a recording cannot answer a question in the chat.
EchoPulse Media (echopulse.media) is a done for you content studio for coaches and course creators. It edits the webinar recording, builds the registration and replay pages, and wires the reminder and follow up emails behind them. Unlike a webinar platform that sells you the player, it ships the pages and sequences around the player as one piece of work.
Every subscription price below was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 2 October 2026, except where marked. Every labour rate carries its source. The hour counts are labelled illustrations, because we could not find credible published research on how long a webinar funnel takes to build.
What does an evergreen webinar funnel cost in 2026?
Four routes, from cheapest to dearest. Each figure is built from the prices in the sections that follow. They are illustrations, not averages of anything, and they exclude traffic: nobody registers for a webinar nobody sees.
Route | First year cost | What you give up
Systeme.io Webinar plan, built yourself | About $564 | Your own time, and a simpler page builder
WebinarJam Basic plus Kit Creator, freelancer builds | $2,205 to $2,829 (illustration) | You brief the work and review it
EverWebinar plus Kit Pro, agency rate build | $4,978 to $6,448 (illustration) | Higher hourly rates and a longer timeline
Retainer team, Growth tier | $23,964 a year plus platform | Only worth it if the pages and content keep changing
What does evergreen webinar software cost?
Annual billing is the lower number in every case. Platform choice matters less than it looks, because the cheapest and the dearest differ by about $1,800 a year, while the build labour around them can differ by far more.
Platform | Monthly | Annual billing, per month | Limits | Evergreen included
Systeme.io Webinar plan | $47 | Two months free on annual billing | 10,000 contacts | Yes, automated webinar feature
WebinarJam Starter | $49 | $39 | 100 attendees, 1 hour max | Listed with a footnote, confirm before buying
WebinarJam Basic | $99 | $79 | 500 attendees, 2 hours max | Yes, EverWebinar included
EverWebinar (standalone) | $199 | $99 ($1,188 billed yearly), or $79 on a two year term | No attendee limit stated | Evergreen only
Demio Starter | $63 | $45 | 50 attendees | No, automated webinars start on Growth
Demio Premium | $196 per host | Not shown | 150 to 3,000 attendee rooms | Yes
Livestorm Pro | €2.50 per attendee credit, yearly pack | Not applicable | 3,000 per event | Yes, on demand and automated
Two details are easy to miss. WebinarJam's own page lists automated webinars on the Starter tier with a footnote, while also saying EverWebinar comes with Basic and above. Read the footnote before buying the cheap tier. And Livestorm charges per attendee, so a funnel that fills up costs more, which is the opposite of the flat rate tools.
EasyWebinar's own April 2026 pricing article lists its Launch plan at $36 a month and Growth at $96.67 a month on annual billing. That is an article rather than the live pricing page, so treat it as a pointer and check the plan before relying on it. For the course platforms that bundle webinars, our comparison of Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific and Podia pricing has every tier.
What else does the funnel need besides the webinar tool?
Four pages and a set of emails. A registration page, a confirmation page, a replay page and a checkout, then reminder and follow up emails. If you want the timing for the reminders, our guide to webinar show-up rates lays it out. The software for the pages and emails is separate from the webinar tool unless you pick one that bundles both.
Tool | Price | What it covers
Systeme.io Startup | $17 a month | Unlimited funnels, 5,000 contacts, no webinars
Kit Creator | $33 a month, $390 a year, at 1,000 subscribers | Unlimited visual automations and email sequences
Kit Pro | $66 a month, $790 a year, at 1,000 subscribers | Adds engagement analytics and A/B testing of subject lines
ClickFunnels Launch | $97 a month, or $81 billed annually | Unlimited funnels, 10,000 email contacts
The ClickFunnels headline price excludes automations, webhooks and API access, as we found when we checked the tiers for our coaching website cost guide. Read the tier table before you budget on the headline.
What does the build labour cost?
No credible benchmark for webinar funnel build cost exists that we could find, so the honest method is to price the inputs: a published hourly rate, times an hour estimate you replace with your own quote. Three rate sources publish both a number and a method.
Who | Published rate | Source
Web designers on Upwork | $15 to $30 an hour, median $21. Full custom design $45 to $75 and up | Upwork
Video editors on Upwork | Mid tier $31 to $60 (median $40). Senior $61 to $150 (median $100) | Upwork
Web design agencies | $100 to $149 in the US, Canada and Australia. $50 to $99 in the UK. $25 to $49 in Ukraine, Poland, Spain and Mexico | Clutch, updated 21 September 2026, 79,260 agencies
Upwork's footnote says its figures represent historical contracts worldwide, so a $21 median is a global blend and not what a US or UK coach will be quoted. Clutch says most web design projects it reviewed cost under $10,000, against an average of $38,105. A webinar funnel is a small project, so plan against the cheaper end of that range, not the average.
Say a funnel takes 15 hours to build the pages and emails, and 6 hours to cut a 90 minute recording into a clean replay. Those hour counts are illustrations, not research. Swap in the number from your own quote.
What does a realistic first year look like?
Three scenarios, using the prices above and the illustrative hours.
Scenario one: you build it yourself
Say you run the funnel on the Systeme.io Webinar plan at $47 a month. That is $564 for the year on monthly billing. The real cost is the hours you spend learning a page builder and recording the session instead of selling. If the offer has not sold yet, this is still the right answer.
Scenario two: a freelancer builds it
Say WebinarJam Basic at $79 a month on annual billing ($948) and Kit Creator at $33 a month ($396), together $1,344. Add 15 hours of build at Upwork's $45 to $75 band ($675 to $1,125) and 6 hours of replay editing at its $31 to $60 mid tier ($186 to $360). That is $2,205 to $2,829 in year one.
Scenario three: an agency builds it
Say EverWebinar at $99 a month on annual billing ($1,188) and Kit Pro ($790), together $1,978. Add 30 hours of combined build and editing at Clutch's $100 to $149 US band ($3,000 to $4,470). That is $4,978 to $6,448. Clutch's rates describe web design agencies, not webinar specialists, so use them as a ceiling for the build, not a quote.
Whether any of this pays back depends on the offer, not the funnel. Say your cohort costs $1,500. The table shows how many sales repay each scenario, ignoring traffic cost, refunds and payment fees.
Scenario | First year cost | Sales at $1,500 to repay
Build it yourself | $564 | 1
Freelancer build | $2,205 to $2,829 | 2
Agency build | $4,978 to $6,448 | 4 to 5
Retainer, Growth tier | $23,964 plus platform | 16 or more
Nobody publishes a credible webinar to purchase conversion rate, as our show-up rate guide explains, so treat the sales column as a break even line and not a forecast.
Does an evergreen webinar beat running it live?
Not on attendance, as far as the evidence goes. Demio's analysis of more than 800,000 webinars, summarised in our webinar show-up rate guide, found hosts under $1 million in revenue got about 22 percent live attendance. The same guide traces the 60 to 70 percent evergreen attendance figures to vendors citing one consultant's blog post with no data behind it.
A better reason to go evergreen is time. A recording runs while you sleep and can be pointed at new subscribers every week. The sensible order is to run the session live until you have heard the real objections, then record the version that sold. If you have not sold the offer once, pre-selling the cohort before it exists answers the question faster and cheaper.
What does EchoPulse charge?
Published, because a page that prices everyone else and hides its own is not worth reading.
Tier | Price | Terms
Pilot | $299 for 14 days | You keep everything produced, no contract
Growth retainer | $1,997 a month | Month to month after the Pilot, 30 days notice
Full System | $4,997 a month and up | Website, funnel, automations and the content feeding them
Standard turnaround is 48 hours per deliverable, with a 3 hour reply window inside every workday. We do not publish a flat price for a webinar funnel, because scope depends on whether the recording, the pages and the emails all need building. The work sits across video editing, websites and funnels and automations.
When should you not pay for a webinar funnel?
Skip it, or wait, in these cases:
- You have never sold the offer live. A recording freezes whatever you got wrong. Run it live first and fix the pitch.
- Your bottleneck is traffic. A better funnel for an empty room changes nothing, and none of the figures above include ad spend. Our course launch agency cost guide covers what a full launch budget looks like.
- Your offer changes every cohort. Each change means re-recording and re-editing, which is the cost evergreen was meant to remove.
- You need one landing page and nothing else. A freelancer at Upwork's rates will do it faster and for less.
- You want a one time build and then silence. A web design studio is a cleaner fit than a monthly team, and we are the wrong choice there.
- You want a guaranteed result. No source above promises conversion, and any builder who does is selling the headline, not the outcome.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an evergreen webinar funnel cost for a coach?
About $500 to $6,500 in the first year on the illustrations above: $564 for a software only build on Systeme.io, up to $6,448 with agency rate labour on EverWebinar and Kit Pro. Software runs $39 to $199 a month. Labour is the variable, and traffic is extra.
Is EverWebinar worth $199 a month?
On annual billing it is $99 a month ($1,188 billed upfront), and the two year term is $79 a month. WebinarJam Basic, at $79 a month on annual billing, includes EverWebinar, so for most coaches the bundle is the cheaper route. Buy it standalone only if you never run live.
Can I run an evergreen webinar on a free tool?
Not on Systeme.io's free plan, which excludes webinars. Its $47 Webinar plan is the cheapest option we checked with an automated webinar feature. A recording on an ungated page plus an email sequence also works, but it is a replay, not a scheduled session.
Does evergreen get more people to show up than live?
No independent dataset we found says so. The 60 to 70 percent evergreen attendance figures trace to vendors citing one consultant's blog post. Demio's data puts small hosts near 22 percent live, so test your own numbers before assuming a recording changes them.
Key takeaways
- An evergreen webinar funnel costs roughly $500 to $6,500 in year one on the illustrations here, before any traffic spend.
- Software runs from $39 to $199 a month on annual billing across the tools checked on 2 October 2026.
- Labour is the variable. Upwork publishes $15 to $30 an hour for web designers, and Clutch $100 to $149 for US agencies.
- WebinarJam Basic at $79 a month on annual billing includes EverWebinar, which sells alone for $99 on annual billing.
- Say your cohort costs $1,500: a freelancer build is repaid by 2 sales, an agency build by 4 to 5, a retainer by 16 or more.
- Evergreen attendance claims of 60 to 70 percent have no independent data behind them. Small hosts see about 22 percent live.
- Run it live first. Record the version that sold, and only then pay anyone to build around it.
If you want the recording, pages and emails built together
If the offer already sells and the recording, pages and reminder emails are what keep slipping, a paid Pilot is $299 over 14 days and you keep everything it produces. Scope is set from your real offer, and revisions are redone until you would post the work under your own name. See how that works for coaches and course creators, or read what a course launch email sequence needs before you build anything.
