Most of the B2B buying decision now happens before a founder ever gets on a call. Buyers research quietly, read a few pieces of your content, check whether you sound like someone who knows the problem, and shortlist you (or not) long before they raise a hand. If you are not visible across that window, you are invisible during the exact stretch where the decision gets made.
The trap is that content is the one thing that scales your presence without scaling your calendar, and it is also the first thing that falls off when you are running the company. So most founders end up as the content team: editing clips, writing posts, briefing an ads freelancer, stitching it together at night. You become the bottleneck for the thing that is supposed to grow the business.
The founders winning right now are not the ones posting more. They are the ones who handed the pipeline to one team, kept their name on it, and got their evenings back. Founder-led content still works. Being the founder who personally produces all of it does not.
